2012 Land Rover LR4 Review
The LR4 comes in one very well-equipped trim level. The 5.0-liter engine has 375 hp on tap and 375 lb-ft of torque, with a ZF 6-speed transmission and full-time 4-wheel drive with locking center differential. This combo gets the LR4 from 0 to 60 mph in a surprising 7.7 seconds.

Walkaround
Standard interior features include push-button start, a multi-function steering wheel, dual climate control, electric parking brake and stadium seating for five or seven passengers. Leather seating and wood trim are optional. A harman/kardon sound system with iPod interface and touch-screen controls is standard and a hard-disk-based navigation system can be added, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. The optional rear-seat entertainment system lets rear passengers play their own DVDs and games-no more fighting.

Summary
There are a few options packages available, such as the 7-seat comfort package, which not only adds two extra seats, but also rear climate control for the second and third rows. Another package offers heated front and second-row seats, heated windshield and heated windshield washer jets. The LR4 comes with 19-inch alloy wheels, but are upgradeable to 20-inch, 10-spoke alloys.
